Heat wave in Oklahoma = higher electricity & water bills and not enough time outdoors. At least the wildflowers still bloom! This is a newbie I noticed this morning and I’m in love with its color. I’m experimenting with my watermark; hope it’s not too distracting. 
Looks like cornflower with its beautiful color!
It does, doesn’t it! I’ve tried to grow cornflower and I should be able to here, but there’s something about my soil or drainage that isn’t right. It just doesn’t happen for me! But the wildflowers have been a nice replacement.
