Happy Father’s Day to my hubby and my father, the two best dads I know, and that is god’s honest truth. My father is one of the kindest, most compassionate men I’ve ever known. He’s not afraid to cry, to be a ‘softy’ and put others first. My life is richer because of the role he chose to take in my life and the lives of my siblings. I love him dearly. And my husband is a wonderfully loving, attentive & fun father to our sons.  The boys absolutely adore him and I’m so grateful he is their father and my husband. He really is the best!

The stars aligned correctly and I had time to enjoy my coffee and a stroll outdoors this morning. While I was shooting, this little guy hopped on my camera, then on my hand. I love little photographer surprises and I can’t wait to show this one to my boys. As mentioned in a recent post - Wildflower - I grew wildflowers from seed in my flower bed for the first time this year. Obvious spot, but I wasn’t sure they’d make it and I’m excited they are blooming and are healthy & so colorful. Next year, I’ll probably overdo with a large bag of seeds instead of a few small packets, but wildflowers are one of those beauties in life you almost can’t get enough of.
