Another good ‘ole family favorite! Best enjoyed with a bag of corn chips, this creamy & spicy jalapeno dip will keep ‘em coming for more. We took it to a family gathering awhile back and it is now Cajun Approved by my husband’s Southern Louisiana relatives who prefer more than a little heat with their grub. This time around, I used 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese and light sour cream. Reducing the fat did reduce the creaminess some, but it still tastes great! ENJOY!
PS: I don’t have a clue where this recipe originated so if it’s your grandmother’s, please thank her for us!
Jalapeno Dip
16 oz. softened cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
12 oz. jar of pickled jalapenos
Place sour cream and cream cheese in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until blended and creamy. Dump in jalapenos – juice and all. Stir in jalapenos until evenly dispensed. Cover and chill.

Oh my…I LOVE jalapenos – this has to be amazing! I hope you don’t mind, I tweeted the link.
Of course not! You will LOVE it!
Thanks for the tweet!
I love simple recipes that are not beyond my skills – thanks
No problem! It’s easy-peazy and SO delish.
I hope you enjoy it!
think that would work if you just blended the whole thing up?? Looks good!
hhhmmmm…I would blend the SC and CC, but stir in the jalapenos. There’s just something about those chunky jalapenos.
Reblogged this on Coffeequilter's Corner.
Thanks for the re-blog!
Anytime! This one looks DEEElish:)
Yum. I love jalapenos and heat. Thanks for the tip!! I will certainly try this at home!
Enjoy! The longer you allow it to chill, the hotter it gets!
Sounds just up my alley.
Thanks again for the tip!
