Thanks! The plant smells a little funky, but the flowers are worth it!
i’m now in a “purple haze”! quite nice!
Enjoy!
so pretty!
Thanks! I love the wild look of them.
You are killing me with all these beautiful pictures!! I want to start an herb garden (mind you I live in Tucson, AZ). Do you have any tricks or tips that can help me be successful in keeping them alive? Oh and away from bugs
I’m about as amateur as you can get! Thank goodness for a good camera.
The last couple years, I’ve grown basil and oregano, lemongrass and lemon thyme really well in a sunny spot (6+ hours). I potted my mint this year and will likely do the same with cilantro (I don’t know if this will work or not) & rosemary. I still am learning myself and it will be touch and go for a long time until I can figure all this out. I bet you could grow lavender really well in Arizona. (?) I’ve tried it here, but can’t seem to get it to grow.
Thanks for commenting! I hope you have a great day and good luck with the herbs. I think a lot of people grow patio herbs; you should try it! Fresh is so much better.
We’ll have to keep in touch. I think to be safe I’ll buy some already plotted and see if I can keep them alive and growing
Good idea. I might end up potting all mine next year.
